Hi, I’m Vicki (she/her), and I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. The short version? At my core, I want to help. I enjoy helping people make sense of life’s messier moments, reconnect with their strengths, and discover a way forward that feels right for them.
I offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are, wherever you are in your journey. I want you to feel heard and understood without feeling judged, rushed, or defined by a diagnosis.
Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself and your relationships, work through challenges, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s ups and downs. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor our work to your needs and goals.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone you’re not. It’s about making sense of your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and discovering what works for you. Meaningful change takes time and effort, and therapy isn’t always easy. But you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I’m here, and I’d be honored to help.
